4. Do you have all the necessary insurance and courses to work

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, wire transfer or cash.

6. Do the cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes, our cleaners bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use eco-friendly products unless you prefer us to use yours.

A regular cleaning includes:

  • Disinfection of exterior surfaces in all rooms.
  • Floors are mopped and vacuumed.
  • Bathrooms (Disinfection of toilet, shower, handles, tub, drain, surfaces, cabinets on the outside).
  • We throw away the trash and replace the plastic bags.
9. What does Deep cleaning include?

A deep cleaning includes:

  • Kitchen: (Cleaning sink, stove, upper and lower cabinets, disinfection of surfaces, disinfection of microwave, refrigerator and oven on the inside).
  • Disinfection of exterior surfaces in all rooms.
  • Floors are mopped and vacuumed.
  • Bathrooms (Disinfection of toilet, shower, handles, tub, drain, surfaces, cabinets).
  • Cleaning of light switches and door handles.
  • Detailed dusting.
  • We throw away the trash and replace the plastic bags.
10. What does a move-in/out cleaning include?

A move-in/out cleaning includes:

  • Kitchen: (Cleaning sink, stove, upper and lower cabinets, disinfecting surfaces, disinfecting oven, refrigerator and microwave inside).
  • Disinfecting exterior surfaces in all rooms.
  • Floors are mopped and vacuumed.

  • Baseboard cleaning.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid charges.

15. Is there a charge to reschedule an appointment?

Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge. Please try to notify us as soon as possible.

16. Do you clean exterior surfaces of homes or Airbnbs?

We focus primarily on interior cleaning. For exterior surfaces, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

17. Do I need to be home during cleaning?

You don’t need to be home. Many clients provide us with a key or access instructions for our entry. Our staff goes through a thorough process to ensure their safety and trust in us.
